Description

A public competition was held to create a 25th Anniversary video for the Veterans History Project. The competition was held in accordance with the solicitation. All CLINs were issued at the time of award with all potential options exercised. The competition was held fairly. The best value for the award was chosen in accordance with the solicitation.
