AMENDMENT 0003 TO SOLICITATION 1333MK26Q0034 This Amendment 0003 is issued to extend the solicitation closing date. Please refer to SAM.gov for the updated offer due date. Vendors shall acknowledge receipt of SF-30 (Amendment 0003) and confirm whether any changes have been made to their quotation. Any changes to the quotation shall be clearly identified, bolded, and highlighted. If there are no changes to pricing, vendors shall state either in the email or in an attachment: “Quote remains valid with no changes in pricing.” Failure to provide the above information may result in the quotation being considered non-responsive. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect. End of Amendment 0003. AMENDMENT 0002 TO SOLICITATION 1333MK26Q0034 This Amendment 0002 is issued to update Solicitation 1333MK26Q0034 as follows: The Government is requesting Local Port Agent Information. All vendors submitting a quote shall provide the following information regarding the local port agent they intend to partner with for performance of this requirement: 1. Name of the Local Port Agent company performing the work 2. Physical address of the Local Port Agent company 3. Number of years the company has been in business 4. Number of years the company has been operating at the port location o If these time periods differ, both must be provided separately 5. Name of the individual Port Agent assigned to perform the work 6. Number of years the individual has been employed as a Port Agent 7. Number of years the individual has been performing port agent services at the port location o If these time periods differ, both must be provided separately Failure to provide the above information may result in the quote being considered non-responsive. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. End of Amendment 0002. Amendment 0001 to solicitation 1333MK26Q0034 is for the following. To add additional clauses and to extend the solicitation. 1. The following clauses is now added to this solicitation FAR 52.204-9: Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel. FAR 52.204-23: Prohibition on Contracting for Hardware, Software, and Services Developed or Provided by Kaspersky Lab Covered Entities. CAR 1352.237-71: Security processing requirements - low risk contracts. CAR 1352.237-73: Foreign national visitor and guest access to departmental resources. 2.
