The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Hirschmann and Pheonix Contact Hardware. This requirement is using full and open competition and Brand Name only; no substitutions will be accepted. Please review the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for full details.
