Description of Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to procure AudioVisual (A.V.) and Media Support Services for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, a large, complex VA healthcare facility. The requirement includes full‑time onsite A.V. technical support, video production, video teleconferencing (VTC) systems support, IP/CCTV physical security systems support, digital signage, and related media services necessary to support continuous VA healthcare operations.
