This is a notice of intent to award sole source for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON), Spares Procurement. This is a Firm Fixed Price commercial supply acquisition that will be awarded under the authority of RFO 6.103-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The intended sole source awardee is: Collins Aerospace CAGE: 84T51 NAICS: 334419 PSC: J015 Size Standard: 750 employees All supplies are to be provided in accordance with (IAW) the attached Equipment List, dated 21 April 2026.
