This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award of a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Description of requirement and submittal requirements are below Description: The Contractor shall provide for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Residential Services (CRS) Emergency Housing program provides care, treatment and rehabilitative services to homeless veterans in the Pacific Region. The services provided to eligible homeless veterans include outreach, case management and housing services. Location Service: Island of Oahu Period of performance: August 1, 2026 July 31, 2031 Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.) a. If SDVOSB or VOSB, are you registered with the Small Business Administration? Provide Company s legal name along with Unique Entity ID (SAM) number. Primary point of contact, including phone number and e-mail address. Capabilities Statement. Describe experience in providing Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) as described in the attached description of services. List other Projects (Government and Commercial) that are similar in scope and size. As this is a service acquisition, the Small Business Administration and the Federal Acquisition Regulation have a Limitations on Subcontracting requirement. For all small businesses, to include SDVOSB and VOSB, At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.
