DLA Disposition Services 4K Electric Forklifts This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The required equipment is per the attached specifications, including its delivery timeframes. The procurement is under NAICS 333924 with a size standard of 900 employees. The requirement is a small business set-aside. Quotes are to be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard U.S. Time on the above specified date, via email only to the designated Contracting Officer. See Attachment for the Price Schedule and Specifications/Additional Terms. All contractor performance shall be in a safe manner, and in compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all installation policies. Any/all required documentation and service-related requirements including installation access are the responsibility of the contractor, with coordination as necessary with the site POC. Notes: 1. The Technical Certification Form must be submitted with the vendors' bid package to be eligible for award. 2. Offerors shall state the place of manufacture/country of origin of the equipment they are quoting for this solicitation. (See 252.225-7020 Trade Agreements Certificate—Basic). 3. The Government will not accept late quotes. 4. The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete. 5. In performance of this contract, any transportation of supplies by sea must comply with 252.247-7023 Transportation of Supplies by Sea—Basic (JAN 2023) 6. Offers are advised to frequently check www.sam.gov for any modifications to the solicitation and for the system award notice. Unsuccessful offerors will not be notified separately of their unsuccessful proposals. FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial) (SEP 2023) All offerors shall submit Attachment 3 Technical Certification Form, along with detailed technical specification on the equipment being proposed for technical acceptability review. This information must include the Equipment / Model / Specifications and Features (manufacturer's cut sheet). The detailed specification shall be complete to verify that all salient characteristics are met. - Each offeror will clearly state the quoted products' place of manufacture (country of origin). The offeror shall also state the county of origin / place of manufacture for the batteries installed on the quoted electric forklifts. - Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments, if applicable. - Delivery lead-time.
