Description

Offerors, In this announcement is Request for Proposal (RFP) # AOCSSB26R0002 for Senate Food and Related Services for the United States Senate under the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). Offerors must follow the RFP instructions outlined in Section L to help us evaluate your proposal. Questions regarding the RFP package are requested by Friday, April 24 at 12:00 pm ET. Questions must be submitted via Kiteworks. Offerors shall use the first two columns of Attachment J.16 - Questions Template to submit questions. A Pre-proposal Conference and Walk-through of Senate facilities will be held Monday, April 27, 2026. Companies are asked to limit participation to no more than two (2) individuals per vendor . Please provide vendor identifying information for the walk-through via email to the CO and CS. Meeting location and details will be provided upon registration. The final proposal submission will be due Wednesday, May 20 at 12:00 pm ET. Be advised that Attachments J.18 and J.19 shall not be completed until a contract (award) is issued ; please do not complete these forms as a part of your proposal submission.
