In accordance with FAR 10, Market Research, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this announcement is to gain market research knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification. The Department of Veterans Affairs Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320, is seeking potential sources capable of providing a new Monopolar Dual Frequency RF device capable of treating dry eye syndrome, meibomian gland disease, blepharitis, Acne Rosacea, and associated skin conditions in accordance with the Draft Statement of Need (SON) below. The Government s purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine if there are manufacturer systems capable of meeting all the salient characteristics listed in the SON. The Government is interested in identifying vendors capable of providing manufactured end products that comply with FAR clause 52.225-3 Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act.
