5/7/2026 - Update The purpose of this notice is to update the Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) portfolio. The updated portfolio has been released as a controlled attachment. 4/13/2026 - Update The purpose of this notice is to revise the preliminary schedule for the NPSC-SR II acquisition and to release preliminary versions of the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Position Tables in advance of the Draft Solicitation. Note: Requirements identified in the preliminary version of the Draft PWS and Position Tables are based on the best information available at the time of publication and are subject to revision. Additional preliminary requirements documents (e.g., PWS annexes and appendices) may be released in advance of the Draft Solicitation to facilitate understanding of the NPSC-SR II requirement. Comments and questions may be submitted after release of the Draft Solicitation. For planning purposes, the Government anticipates the following schedule and acquisition considerations: Estimated Release of the Draft Solicitation: on or about May 20, 2026 Estimated Release of the Solicitation: on or about August 3, 2026 Estimated Proposal Due Date: on or about September 2, 2026 Estimated Contract Award: December 2026 Contract Start: April 1, 2027 Contract Type: Firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity Anticipated Contract Length: Five years Facility Clearance Level: Top Secret (at the time of proposal submission) This notice also includes applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements, which have been uploaded as a controlled attachment. 12/4/2025 - Update The purpose of this notice is to revise the preliminary schedule for NPSC-SR II and inform industry of the competition type defined for this acquisition. For planning purposes, the Government anticipates: Estimated Release of the Draft Performance Work Statement: January 2026 Estimated Release of the Draft Solicitation: February 2026 Estimated Release of the Solicitation: April 2026 Estimated Proposal Due Date: May 2026 Estimated Contract Award: September 2026 Contract Start: December 2026 This acquisition will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. 6/3/2025 - Update In preparation for communicating the NPSC-SR II requirements, a preliminary schedule is now available. For planning purposes, the Contracting Officer anticipates: Estimated Release of the Draft Performance Work Statement: July 2025 Estimated Release of the Draft Solicitation: September 2025 Estimated Release of the Solicitation: December 2025 Estimated Proposal Due Date: January 2026 Estimated Contract Award: July 2026 Contract Start: October 2026 This preliminary schedule is provided for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
