Description

Design-Build fit-out construction, Exhibit Design, Content Development, Installation, and Decommissioning of a USA Pavilion for Expo 2027 Belgrade in Serbia. The project scope includes the full design, development, construction, project management, interior fit-out including exhibition design, production, fabrication, and installation, facility management services during operations, and final disposition of a USA Pavilion at Expo 2027 Belgrade in Serbia. The rectangular lot space is 972 square meters (roughly 10,500 sq ft). Within this space, the maximum height of the main structure is 10 meters, with an upper story allowed. The U.S. pavilion plot is located next to the Thematic Area and near the Serbian National Pavilion.
