AMENDMENT 0002 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Solicitation Number: 36C24826Q0386 Title: Acute Care Beds Date: April 21, 2026 Purpose of Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to: Post the Government s answers to vendor questions, and Correct and align quantities in the line items and the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure consistency throughout the solicitation documentation. 1. Clarifications and Changes a. The Government will post responses to all timely submitted vendor questions. (Attachment 1) b. Line item quantities and SOW quantities have been reviewed and updated for alignment. Salient Characteristics have been updated within the SOW. Revised sections will be issued as part of this amendment. (See Attached RFQ) 2. Solicitation Due Date The solicitation due date is NOT extended. Quotes remain due April 27, 2026 at 4:30 PM EST. 3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
