Description
The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh requires the purchase of SUV vehicle to support mission operations. The selected vendor shall supply a new vehicle meeting the specifications outlined below. Scope of Contract The contractor shall provide one (1) vehicle that satisfies all technical specifications, performance requirements, interior features, and technology capabilities listed in this document. All goods supplied must be new, unused, and compliant with U.S. government procurement standards. Vehicle Specifications and Key Features A. Mechanical Performance • Engine: 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 with Dynamic Fuel Management (355 hp) • Transmission: 10‑speed automatic • Drivetrain: 4x4 / Four‑Wheel Drive B. Interior & Comfort • Seating: Premium cloth seating with a front 40/20/40 split‑bench (accommodates up to 9 passengers depending on configuration) • Climate System: Tri‑zone automatic climate control with individualized settings • Convenience: Keyless Open and Keyless Start C. Technology & Infotainment • Display: 17.7‑inch diagonal advanced color LCD center touchscreen • Connectivity: Google built‑in compatibility, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless Android Auto • Driver Information: 11‑inch diagonal Driver Information Center 4. Deliverables The contractor shall deliver the vehicle meeting all required specifications, along with the following: • Manufacturer's warranty documentation • Owner's manual and digital/technical manuals • Certificate of origin and registration papers • Any additional accessories included in the final agreed package Acceptance Criteria The U.S. Embassy Riyadh will inspect the delivered vehicle to ensure all specifications, features, and performance requirements are met prior to formal acceptance. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. When the solicitation is available, the Embassy of the United States in Saudi Arabia will post this solicitation on the System for Award Management's (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award a contract which meets all the solicitation requirements to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submission of proposal pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
