This sources sought is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This sources sought notice has been issued to survey the market and assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in determining possible sources for consideration. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missiles Command is the Primary Inventory Control Agency and has sole authority and responsibility to certify commercial source for these items. Offerors other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must provide traceability to the OEM. Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from the OEM to its current location. The sources below have been identified and accepted as the OEM of these items; however alternate sources will be considered. Responses Responses to this notice should include company name, address, telephone number, and point of contact (POC). Please respond to the following questions: 1. Is your firm an OEM authorized facility? If so, please provide the Cage Code which to procure with. 2. Is your business a large or small business and how many employees? 3. What North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code does your company use for this type of service? 4.
