Amendment 3: Posted Questions and Answers document; extended date which offers are due to 20 March 2026 at 2pm. The purpose of this award, was to procure Drain Degreaser services for the 23rd Civil Engineering Squadron (23 CES) at Moody AFB. These services are essential to maintain servicing of facility drains, installation of industry-standard chemical injection degreaser equipment, and provision of associated non-hazardous enzyme-based treatment chemicals. Services will be performed at eleven (11) degreaser systems located across eight (8) facilities on base. The Contractor shall conduct monthly service visits to verify proper operation of chemical injection pumps and replenish treatment chemicals as required. All chemicals used under this requirement shall be non-hazardous enzyme treatments designed to prevent grease accumulation and ensure continuous, unobstructed drainage. The estimated annual level of effort is approximately 120 labor hours, equivalent to one part-time full-time equivalent (FTE). No significant changes in the number of serviced locations are anticipated during the period of performance. Performance shall begin on 1 October 2026 and will consist of a twelve (12)-month base period followed by four (4) twelve (12)-month option periods. EVALUATION FACOTRS FOR AWARD The Government will issue a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to represent the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability: Contractor must provide documentation that demonstrates a complete and realistic plan to meet the objectives outlined in the PWS. The offer must meet all technical requirements stated in the solicitation. Past Performance: Performance Quality Assessment. The government will determine how well the offeror performed on past contracts that are both recent and relevant, and, based on an integrated assessment, assign a rating of "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" as described.
