Description
The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following: Provide Government Responses: Incorporate the Government's official answers to questions submitted by vendors during the original solicitation timeframe (see attached Q&A document in sections J of the solicitation). Extend the Solicitation Deadline: Extend the due date for quote submissions to allow vendors sufficient time to incorporate this updated information. The new deadline for receipt of quotes is 05/26/2026, 12:00 Pacific Time. Close the Question and Answer (Q&A) Period: Officially close the Q&A period. Effective immediately upon the issuance of this amendment, the Government will no longer accept, review, or respond to any further questions, requests for clarification, or Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding this solicitation. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a AV System Installation. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. Required is a quote that shows what parts are being provided, to ensure it complies with the statement of work. All workers must be able to undergo the required vetting to obtain proper base access without any scheduling delays. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
