Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the CLOSE Date to 13 May 2026 due to an update to the PWS. As reflected in section 5.0 of the newly attached UPDATED PWS, an additional day has been added to Period 4 to now request for tug services 01 - 02 August 2026. The solicitation was posted with a CLOSE DATE of Monday, 08 May 2026. This has been corrected to reflect the CLOSE DATE as Friday, 08 May 2026. ***************************************************************************************** This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0060426Q4032 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for tug services in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) herein. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing tug services in accordance with performance work statement (PWS) herein.
