Estimated start date of the contract is June 1st, 2026. The personnel required for this contract is one (1) FTE. The minimum number of Board-Certified Hematology providers required to be on site daily is one (1) but only when called or scheduled. However, the contractor shall be responsible for providing coverage during periods of vacancies or if key provider is sick. Question The solicitation states that questions must be submitted by April 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET. Can you please confirm whether questions are due on the same day and time as the RFQ submission, or if questions are expected earlier to allow time for an amendment to be issued prior to receipt of quotes? Questions are Due by April 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. But due date of RFQ submission has been extended to April 30, 2026 at 17:00 PM EST to allow for questions to be answered. Question - Is there a set date when we can expect to receive answers to the submitted questions. All answers will be posted by EOD on 4/27/2026. Question Please confirm the acceptable date range for past performance references (e.g., services performed within the past five years from the RFQ due date). Provide performance references from within the past five years.
