Amendment - A00001 : Restating the original Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 within W9127N26QA061 so it comes to the top of the amended RFQ ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES Submission of Price Quote - Contractor shall submit the following in 1 copy: Signed and dated Standard Form 1449 (Solicitation / Contract / Order for Commercial Items). Signed and dated Standard Form 30, if applicable, for any Amendments to the Solicitation. Completed schedule (pricing information) for all line items listed in the solicitation/amendments. Completed Offeror's Experience Form. Completed Subcontracting Information Form. Equipment list for vegetation maintenance and meeting ODF fire waiver requirements. This must include the brand, make, and model (including for the water tank's pump). Quotes that are not in compliance with the stated qualification requirements will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered. **The unit price for each contract line item (CLIN) must be inclusive of all applicable administrative and shipping costs. PRICES QUOTED MUST BE VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM SOLICITATION DUE DATE. Solicitation shall result in a firm-fixed-price contract. BUSINESS HOURS The standard business hours for the Portland District, Corps of Engineers are Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays. BASIS FOR AWARD The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with RFO FAR 12.203 to the responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in FAR 52.212-2 of this solicitation. Rough mow areas are managed as open grassland for the benefit of wildlife and plants. These areas are typically mowed once per year in the fall to maintain open vegetation and prevent encroachment by trees, shrubs, and blackberry canes. Fire precaution mowing involves managing lines and managing entire areas before fire season. These areas are mowed just before fire season.
