Description

This solicitation is established to fulfill the requirement for Year-Round Grounds Maintenance at the Bath VA Medical Center in Bath, NY. Please refer to the below solicitation for the detailed Performance Work Statement and instructions to offerors. A site visit will not be offered, and all submittals should be based on the attached maps. Any questions regarding this solicitation, must be submitted to julie.monaganbarnard@va.gov no later than April 8th, 2026, at 3:00pm EST. An amendment with the questions and answers will be then posted on SAM.gov no later than COB on Thursday, April 9th, 2026. The offer submission due date and time is April 16th, 2026, 3:00 PM EST.
