The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses that are capable of executing this potential contract. This notice is also for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
