Description

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469026Q0025, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The 28th Civil Engineering Squadron at Ellsworth AFB has a requirement for a turn-key, self-contained 8,000-10,000-gallon above ground fuel storage and dispensing system for diesel fuel, in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332420 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, Attachment 1 -Salient Characteristics.
