Reference document EDL and subsequent attachments. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Instructions to Offerors : Submit quote NLT COB 1700 MST, 19 JUNE 2026. Quote shall be submitted via email to the following POC's: Buyer: heather.minchey.1@us.af.mil PCO: arthur.gumushyan@us.af.mil 1. Award based on responsibility of offeror and lowest bid alone. No other factors shall be considered: submit quote by completing items 19-24 of the attached SF 1449 as well as submitting a quote utilizing your official letterhead. 2. In order to gain access to locked documents, you must submit a copy of your certified JCP form DD 2345 to the Buyer listed above, ensure you CC the PCO in all comms to the government/buyer.
