Description

Request for Quotations (RFQ) for (i) fiber optic internet services and dedicated leased line channel and circuitry for connecting to U.S. Embassy Juba, and (ii) point-to-point installation and termination of dark fiber optic cables from Embassy Compound in Kololo to the New Embassy compound in Rock City. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer the demonstrate the best value. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotation, with or without holding discussion with the Quoter. Submission Instruction will be as follows: Issued Date: April 28, 2026 Mandatory Site Visit: May 6, 2026, at 10:00 pm CAT Vendors' Questions Received by: May 7, 2026, at 12:00 pm CAT Response to Vendors' Questions by: May 11, 2026, at 5:00 pm CAT Submission Closing Date: May 15, 2026, at 12:00 pm CAT The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received. In addition, the US Embassy reserves the right to establish a competitive range of one or more offerors and to conduct further negotiations concerning price and other terms before awarding the Purchase Order, or to award without discussion.
