STATEMENT OF WORK GENERAL INFORMATION 1. GENERAL: The Hershel Woody Williams VAMC in Huntington, WV requires a Maintenance Contract to cover VA owned RICOH All in One Multi-Function Devices (MFD) (Copiers / Printers / Fax) the number of units are subject to change pending new purchases or turn in of existing units. We currently have 1 Production machine that will be covered under this Contract. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish maintenance service, provide toner, parts and other supplies, excluding paper as described in the statement of work (SOW) for an approximate 1,721 Black and White copies and 23,646 Color Copies per Month for the MFDs listed in this SOW. 3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base: May 15, 2026 May 14, 2027 OY1: May 15, 2027 May 14, 2028 4. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed. A firm fixed cost per Copier will be agreed to. The number of copiers will vary throughout the length of the Contract as new copiers may be added, and old Copiers may be removed. VA will be invoiced monthly per the number of Copiers covered during each month. 5. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The RICOH Unit mentioned for this contract are located at: VA Medical Center 1540 Spring Valley Dr. Huntington WV 25704 B. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Provide Maintenance Service to include all Parts, Labor, Toner and other supplies necessary, excluding paper, to keep operational the device covered under this Contact for the following current inventory of All-in-One MFDs. The Vendor is also responsible for positioning all cables in a manner that keeps them off the floor. Surge Protectors and cables cannot be on the floor as this violates VA Regulations. Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays and any other day specifically declared by the President of the United States to be a Federal Holiday.
