FAR clause 52.222-90 is hereby added to this RFQ. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such asemail. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. \ The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1. The close date of this solicitation has hereby been extended for 30 days; from March 20, 2026 to May 29, 2026. All offers submitted after close of business on May 29, 2026are considered to be late and will not be considered for award. 2. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.
