WWYK150185 - REPAIR ROADWAYS, PARKING AT MUNITIONS AREA The work to be performed under the terms of this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair of the roadways and parking lots near B3812 and B3804 and expand and repair the entrance B3812 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (Period of Performance 250 Calander Days from NTP) IAW FAR 36.204(e) THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN Magnitude of Construction: $500,000 - $1,000,000 IAW FAR 52.232-18 and AFFARS MP 5332.7 - Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. WWYK190230 - REPAIR ARNOLD AVE BETWEEN H AVE AND M AVE The work to be performed under the terms of this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair of pavement by full depth replacement and mill & overlay of Arnold Ave between H & M Avenues at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma IAW FAR 36.204(f) THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN Magnitude of Construction: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 IAW FAR 52.232-18 and AFFARS MP 5332.7 - Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract.
