**This solicitation is being amended to incorporate the answers to the questions that arose during the site visit that was conducted on April 21, 2026** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8H-26-Q-0014 is issued as a request for quotation for a complete package of audio & visual equipment to support interactive meetings for two office building conference rooms. This acquisition a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS assigned is 334310 and the Size Standard is 750 Employees. The Federal Supply Code is 5965. Line Items: CLIN 0001 – 1 Each – Complete conference room audio / Visual equipment package to be delivered, installed, and made completely operational in the Wing Conference Room, 107th Attack Wing, 9910 Blewett Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. - Delivery is to be no later than July 17, 2026. Delivery is FOB Destination. - Award will be based on lowest price & the ability to meet the required delivery timeframe.
