The Embassy of the United States in Gabon is hereby launching the solicitation on the SAM.gov website. The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Preventive maintenance of Wastewater Collection and Treatment System services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. It also includes an option to extend for an additional six months, per FAR 52.217-8. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in the enclosed Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number 19GB5026Q0009. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. Advance payments are not authorized. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database SAM.gov | Home at the time of quote submission.
