**The solicitation is being amended again on May 12, 2026 to incorporate a third set of questions & answers. This is the final set of questions that can be submitted and answered by the Government. As a result of the numerous questions received regarding the scope of work, contractors are being given additional time to fully digest these answers and properly prepare a quote to the Government. Solicitation number W50S8H-26-Q-0014 is issued as a request for quotation for a complete package of audio & visual equipment to support interactive meetings for two office building conference rooms.
