21 MAY 2026 - AMENDEMENT 1 – Revises CMMC Status Level requirement from Level 2 to Level 1 and clarifies verification of assessment completion is due as part of an offeror's submitted quote. This is a nonappropriated fund (NAF) combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services and federal acquisition regulation (FAR) rules do not apply. There is no requirement for set-asides. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. These funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. Solicitation number FA860126Q0052 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Sphinx Cafe Foodservice Equipment located on Wright Patterson Air Force Base (OH). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for quotes received as a result of this announcement. AFLCMC Installation Contracting Division, on behalf of the Wright-Patterson AFB Nonappropriated Fund Procurement Office, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Submission of a quote does not guarantee receipt of an award. This solicitation and subsequent award are in accordance with the NAF Standard Clauses (30 May 2025). The FAR clauses and provisions do not apply to NAF purchases. 1. Requirement: This requirement is for Sphinx Cafe Foodservice Equipment, along with delivery and installation, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
