Presolicitation/Sources Sought Notice Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation/Sources Sought Notice 1. Title: Posluma for PET CT Imaging. 2. Purpose: The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, located at 2495 Shreveport Highway, Pineville, La 71360, hereby issues the following Sources Sought to Request Information (RFI) with the intent of determining the contractor interest, capabilities, qualifications of potential businesses, nonmanufacturer rule compliance, and estimated industry pricing information for market research and estimated budgetary purpose for Posluma for PET CT Imaging. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the Statement of Work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. This shall include delivery of routine orders for next day and delivery within one (1) hour for all urgent or emergent requests for Posluma using the proper transporting protocols and meeting the standard classifications to identify radiation limits established by the Department of Transportation and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission at the Central Arkansas Veterans Heath Care System (CAVHS) at Little Rock, Arkansas. This Sources Sought is published for market research purposes. This Sources Sought will be used to determine if a set-aside for any small business program is appropriate. Government anticipates competitive, firm fixed price contract. Please review this announcement, respond to questions below and review all attachments in their entirety. Government request that interested offerors complete all questions below, provide required documentation, descriptive literature and authorization letter as described below. The Government is in no way obligated to do business with or to enter into any form of contract with any person, firm or other entity that receives or responds to this announcement. 3.
