This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of Other than Small Businesses and/or Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339950. This sources sought notice is to determine interest and capability of authorized vendors able to fulfill the following requirement: The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment and materials to replace all LEDs and power supplies in "Clement J. Zablocki VA MEDICAL CENTER" signage at the VA Medical Center (VAMC), 5000 W National Avenue Building 111, Milwaukee, WI 53295 in accordance with the Statement of Work. REPLACE LIGHT EMITTING DIODES (LEDs) AND POWER SUPPLIES FOR CLEMENT J. ZABLOCKI SIGNAGE STATEMENT OF WORK The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment and materials to replace all LEDs and power supplies in Clement J. Zablocki VA MEDICAL CENTER signage at the VA Medical Center (VAMC), 5000 W National Avenue Building 111, Milwaukee, WI 53295 in accordance with the Statement of Work. Zablocki VA MEDICAL CENTER signage. Remove and dispose of all existing LEDs and power supplies. Provide (9) nine new power supplies including all accessories. Provide (486) four hundred and eighty-six new 12 Volts White LEDs modules including all accessories. LED modules are required for ls: Letters Cle Letter m Letters en Letters t J. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure all work is performed by qualified personnel. Clean up jobsite. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of performance shall begin on the award date of the contract and continue until the Government determines that all deliverables described herein are complete. The estimated period of performance is 90 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The exact dates are to be determined upon award and agreed upon by both the VA and the Contractor. HOURS OF OPERATION Normal hours of coverage are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including federal holidays as listed below.
