It is for market research purposes only. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Not that the specific requirements are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. Specifications: The USGS Conte Research Laboratory located in Turners Falls, MA has a need for an ongoing requirement for liquid propane gas to be delivered via automatic fill-up 4-6 times a year to fill up propane tanks. The average yearly usage is 18-20K gallons, though that amount varies greatly depending on the severity of the winter, and some years the usage has been as high as 30K gallons. There is a main bridge to access the site that has weight limits such as 20 T, 25 T, and 36 T so smaller bobtail trucks might be used to fill up the propane tank(s). More information is provided in the attached statement of work such as photos of the bridges and weight limits. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for the salient characteristics.
