The U.S Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: M-Wing Basement Upgrade U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price construction contract in the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt has a requirement to obtain construction services for external basement waterproofing works including basement walls adjacent to exterior paved areas, light wells, façade transitions in the Consulate General Frankfurt, M – Wing, located on Gießener Str. 30, 60435, Frankfurt am Main The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to perform the Basement Waterproofing Construction. The works include but are not limited to: Submit shop drawings and calculations, site preparation, excavation works, substrate preparation, priming, waterproofing application, drainage and protection installation, seal basement windows and install light wells, electrical and plumbing coordination, backfilling, surface reinstatement etc. Full Statement of Work to be provided in the solicitation. The estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $300,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 U.S. Dollars Note: The provided range is a relatively wide range only, in order to give potential offerors a very general orientation as to the magnitude of the work. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated.
