THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY Updated 4 May 26 1) RFIs are due Thursday, May 7 at 1600CST (4:00pm) 2) Sign in sheet has been added to attachments THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0023 Project Title: WWYK230053 - Replace Vault and Fuel Tank, B3202 Project Location: Tinker AFB, B3202 IAW FAR 36.101-3 the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 52.232-18 Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consists of furnishing all design/engineering services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the installation of a new above-ground diesel tank inside B3202 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (reference the project SOW and drawings for additional information). Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or accessing the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission sent to your email. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractors points of contact ONLY, to have a DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any sub-contractor email addresses. THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by noon on 27 April 2026 . In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Tuesday, 28 April, 2026 at 1300 (1:00pm) CST on Tinker AFB, B3202. Meeting location will be the fuel tank on the east side of B3202. You must attend the initial Site Vist for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
