Description

This is an Request for Information (RFI) to support the Department of State's (DoS) Training mission domestically at the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's (DS) training site in Blackstone, Virginia. DoS has a need for for occupational and urgent care medical services to the employees and trainees supporting the State Department training mission at Blackstone VA. Responses should be submitted electronically in PDF format to the contracting officers Alicia Hofhine, HofhineAK@state.gov and Robin Guillie, GuillieRL@state.gov by Friday, May 1, 2026. Questions regarding this RFI may be directed to Alicia Hofhine, HofhineAK@state.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Responses to this RFI will assist the Department in understanding available technologies, industry capabilities, and best practices for implementing a solution that meets the Department's needs.
