REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT for Kubota Diesel Utility Vehicle UTV, Brand-Name Only DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, VISN 23 Source Sought: The VA is seeking business sources qualified to provide some, or all, of the items listed below as Brand Name Only. This is NOT a solicitation.
