Description

The United States Space Force (USSF) is seeking information, insights, and recommendations from industry to inform the design and execution of a modernized Infrastructure Delivery Authority and Delivery Partner (IDA-DP) framework. This RFI solicits candid industry input on the executability of the proposed IDA-DP concept, practical recommendations for maximizing its effectiveness and identification of market conditions, risks, and opportunities that should inform its design.
