In addition, please provide details on where component material and end item manufacturing would take place, production lead-time for end item delivery, monthly and annual quantities (minimum sustaining rates, economical production rates and maximumproduction rates), and estimated pricing. If a manufacturer has an item that does not fully meet the requirements in the PD, any response should clearly specify the deviations. If interested parties cannot provide requested product, please provide some feedback on which specific requirements pose an issue.
