Q3) Are equipment related service calls covered under the agreement price outside of regular business hours? A3) No, not currently. Q4) As part of the RFP, do we need to dictate billing rates for service calls or repairs that are not covered under the agreement (external influence, misuse, vandalism, Acts of God, etc…), or non-equipment related service calls? The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods. 6.
