Esco/1993 10648 1-N2-24 23) ESC- 48” HDB type Otis/1982 812265 P4-P2-21 25) ESC- 48” J-type Otis/1982 812267 P6-P2-23 A1) Correct, the above units (as the RFQ states) are OOS and there is NO current requirement to have them as a part of this solicitation. Q2) Are equipment related service calls covered under the agreement price during regular business hours 6:30 am- 5:00 pm, Mon-Thu? A2) Reference PWS paragraphs 5.2 and 8.4. Q3) Are equipment related service calls covered under the agreement price outside of regular business hours? A3) No, not currently. Q4) As part of the RFP, do we need to dictate billing rates for service calls or repairs that are not covered under the agreement (external influence, misuse, vandalism, Acts of God, etc…), or non-equipment related service calls? The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. 5: Request for Quote Service Description: This solicitation is for routine monthly elevator & escalator maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections in compliance with the most recent editions of ASME A 17.1 and A17.2. The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods. 6. TIMING OF BIDDER INQUIRIES: Bidders are encouraged to submit their bidder inquiries promptly.
