Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice *= Required Field Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice The Purpose of this Amendment to the Combined Synopsis is to; Remove the set aside Extend the due date and time for all offers Inform offerors of a Price Preference for US manufactured products This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta VAMC Atlanta, GA 30033 has a requirement to procure surgical grade instrumentation to be used across various surgical services at the Atlanta VAMC. This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026. Note: Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.gov to be considered for Award. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 7) is seeking to purchase surgical grade instrumentation for use at the Atlanta VAMC. Vendor shall provide equipment described below or meet or exceed the below listed salient characteristics. Specifications/salient characteristics: High-quality stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability Instruments must be autoclavable and compatible with standard sterilization processes such as steam sterilization. Clearly marked with catalog number, barcode scanning. High resistance to wear, rust, and damage from repeated use and sterilization Reinforced or replaceable cutting edges for instruments prone to wear. Comprehensive documentation including usage instructions, maintenance guidelines, and warranty information.
