STATEMENT OF NEED Clinical Chemistry CPRR with Automation System SCOPE: The contractor shall provide Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry cost-per-reportable-result (CPRR) with clinical laboratory automation with instrumentation and software for an integrated, automated platform for flexibility, simplicity and improved productivity for the Tampa VA Healthcare Network (TVAHCN), Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) locations: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612 New Port Richey VA Outpatient Clinic (NPROPC), 7900 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654 Lakeland Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (LCBOC), 2080 Meadowland Park Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33803 Temple Terrace VA Clinic and Mental Health Facility (TTMHF), 8451 Temple Terrace Highway Tampa, FL 33637 All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, with the FDA and manufacturer's guidelines, and with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications provided herein.
