Solicitation for the 23 STS Human Performance Training Center (HPTC) Surround Sound Installtion, please view the solicitaion document and it's attachments for all applicable details. There is a mandatory site visit for this solicitaiton on 04 June 2026 at 1000 CDT. View the Site Visit Instructions for all details on how to attend. Quotes recieved for contractors that did not attend the site visit will be excluded. All questions are due 05 June 2026 at 1400 CDT. All quotes are due 23 June 2026 at 1400 CDT. The evaluation factors for award are Lowest Price Techcnically Acceptable (LPTA). In accordance with the Solicitation Instructions, please provide in your quote a broken out price and a technical capability narrative that demonstrates an understanding of the requirement and responsibilites as outlined in the Statment of Work (SOW).
