Request for Quote (RFQ) Small Business Set Aside NAICS Code: 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) The NY Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Repair Fire Alarms Reporting Network Base Wide consists of repair by replacement of forty (40) FACP radios and two (2) Front-End Fire Alarm Reporting System Servers with the additional capability to connect to the Base Wide fiberoptic network. This contract also includes installing, configuring, and commissioning two (2) Fire Alarm Reporting System servers with operator workstations to monitor the facility Fire Alarms Reporting network. The final result of Repair Fire Alarms Reporting Network Base Wide project is fully functional Fire Alarms reporting system that passes the existing Alarm hierarchy from each of the existing thirty-eight (38) Fire Alarms Control Panels (FACP) at each existing facilities to the new Fire Alarms Servers and new radios at the servers installed. The new Fire Alarms network shall meet or exceed Federal code and meet the environmental conditions for the Syracuse, NY. All work performed shall be conducted in accordance with all Department of Defense policies and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). DoD Building Code is described in UFC 1-200-01. UFC take precedence over State and Local codes according to UFC 3-600-1 Section 1-4.3 In the case of discrepancies among regulations, the most stringent regulation applies. The contract duration will be 365 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, with a small business size standard of $25,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 11 MAY 2026. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 20 MAY 2026, 10:00 AM local time, location to be provided in the solicitation.
