All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), located in San Antonio, Texas has requirements located OCONUS in Landstuhl, Germany, is interested in establishing Basic Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide, Laboratory/Medical Supplies. The period of performance for the BPA will be two years from the date of issue. Period of Performance 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2026.
