STRI Replace Plumbing, Mold Remediation, HVAC Installation, and Crawlspace Encapsulation The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement of Stones River National Battlefield. It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to demolition deteriorated plumbing and HVAC components, mold remediation, install new PVC plumbing (interior and exterior), HVAC duct system replacement, and crawlspace encapsulation in a residential structure. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. **A site visit is scheduled for May 12th 2026, at 9:00AM CT. Location: 103 Old Lodge Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
