Description
Request for Quotations (RFQ) for internet services and dedicated leased line channel and circuitry for connecting to U.S. Embassy Juba. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer the demonstrate the best value. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotation, with or without holding discussion with the Quoter. Submission Instruction will be as follows: Issued Date: March 26, 2026 Mandatory Site Visit: April 1, 2026, at 10:00 pm CAT Vendors' Questions Received by: April 3, 2026, at 5:00 pm CAT Response to Vendors' Questions by: April 7, 2026, at 5:00 pm CAT Submission Closing Date: April 25, 2026, at 5:00 pm CAT The quotation must be submitted electronically to jubaprocurement@state.gov before closing date and time, in English language, Calibri text font size 12, and in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format not exceeding 30MB per file. If the file size exceeds 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. Please reference the RFQ number to your submission(s). Any incomplete offer submitted will be deemed non-responsive and may not be considered for evaluation hence disqualified.
