COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOAA Fisheries Solid Waste and Cardboard Collection Services - MSLABS (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1333MF26Q0036 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the NOAA Southeast Fisheries Science Center (Mississippi Laboratories (MSLABS) routine solid waste removal and cardboard collection services at its Pascagoula, Mississippi facilities.
