VACHS is currently seeking services for all labor, transportation, parts, equipment, and experience necessary to provide preventive maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled repairs of exterior campus light fixtures. JUSTIFICATION Veterans Health Administration (VHA) seeks to continue to improve the operational capabilities of campus exterior lighting applications by establishing services that result in fewer operational problems, improved communications, increased efficiency within the facility and to improve the quality of services to veterans.
